October, our second olive harvest

More than a year has passed, and a lot has happened. Elmar and I are now just the two of us, because sometimes friends can't live together. What was certainly a difficult process has turned out well for everyone. Unfortunately, you won't be able to read such fantastic stories anymore, as writing is Cornelia's special talent. However, we will keep you updated with more pictures.

First the eating olives are picked by hand, all sorted individually and soaked for about 2 weeks before they are left to ripen further in the brine for some time to become really tasty.
